YK5200 Offset Press is a newly produced lateral feeding commercial press based on advanced foreign technologies. It is excellent in various sections which stands for toppest level of todays mini offset press in China. NP unit is optional, which is widely used for invoices, lotteries, documents etc., ideal press for commercial printing.

.Outstanding Durability

Cast-iron board and base guarantee perfect job during high speed printing. Outboard gears, cams and bearings adopted continuous spraying lubrication system.

. Sheet Delivery System

Sheet is fed via sheet delivery transfer bar, precise register, double-sheet detection system and sheet delivery head is adjustable without stopping machine.

.Cylinder Unit

Image is transferred perfectly from Master Cylinder to Blanket Cylinder via the contact between cylinder and bearer. Special plate clamp device makes it easier for operator to install and replace printing plate.

.Open & Close NP Unit (Optional)

NP unit can be opened and closed according to your printing requirements and can print sequent different numbers or the same numbers. Each numbering mount can install 7 horizontal numbering boxes, cylinder shaft can install 7 mount rings, maximum 49 numbering boxes; for vertical numbering box, each numbering mount can install 5 numbering boxes, maximum 35 numbering boxes.

.Resin Letterpress Printing.

There are 8 ink rollers, 2 ink form rollers which ensure good inking impact.

.Perforation Unit

4 units of perforation wheels can print at the same time for vertical perforation lines. Distance between two perforation wheels is 2.73mm, distance between two perforation lines is 2.13mm.
